To find disciples across the country and from different ethnic groups so they get to know the true word of God and send them back to the field to share the gospel among their own locality and ethnic groups and make more disciples. “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,and teaching  them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you i   always, to the very end of the age.” Matt 28:18-20

We have a vision not only to give them the training but also help them to find a field to serve the Lord as per His will. Our vision is to train these students and send them to preach the gospel to nonbelievers making them disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. They will plant churches in the name of Christ across the nation and nourish those churches.

Our goal is to nourish the students to know themselves, find the will of God for them and to lead a prayerful life and make them well equipped for Christian service in every sphere of life. Our plan is to find students from each districts of Bangladesh and after completion of the course send them back to make disciples and plant churches in the name of Christ.

• To provide quality theological training to Christian men and women for effective Christian living and service in every sphere of life.
• To provide Biblical education to professionals and lay leaders
• To produce and publish theological and Christian educational books in Bengali in co-operation with other institutes and denominations.
• To produce other necessary materials for theological and Christian education in Bangladesh
• Making this institute a state of the art for the glory of God.
• Use these students to share the gospel, baptize the disciples and plant churches.
